Mission Fest Today: Special Thanks to Pastor Baker for bringing us God’s Word today.
Stewardship Today: 2 Corinthians 5:16-21: These beautiful words of St. Paul remind us that because we are in Christ we are new creations! As God’s stewards we rejoice in this newness and remind fellow Christians that they are also new creations with new opportunities each day to demonstrate generous Christian stewardship.
Life Quote: “This generation must be determined to voice the truth of Life—to protect all human life from conception until natural death, with no exceptions, no compromise, and no apologies. We must stand on the truth that Jesus is our strength. We cannot sit silently as another generation is killed.” Grace Kern, Director, Word of Hope, 888-217-8679. LWML: It's time to send in your registration for the 32nd Biennial LWML Convention taking place June 21-24, 2007 in Sioux Falls. The hymn "How shall they hear who have not heard" speaks of the mission of LWML. Verse 2: "To all the world, to every place; neighbors and friends and far off lands; preach the good news of saving grace; go while the great commission stands." This is a great opportunity to witness, learn and experience the mission of LWML.
Home Bible Study: Members who are interested in hosting a neighborhood bible study in their home should contact pastor Watt. Each class will last five weeks. You invite who you want to come. No training necessary, pastor will lead the study.
