Today's General Theme: Only in God can we be prepared for the end
Mood of Service: Determined/trusting/hopeful
Notes: As the One Who guides and rules all things, God is well aware that this world is only temporary, and that there is coming a day on which He will bring it to an end. Although this will be the Day of Judgement, He does not want to destroy His creatures but rather wants to say us from destruction. In His Word He appeals to the human race to return to Him in repentance so he can have mercy on us. Unfortunately, those who refuse to heed His invitation will be destroyed.(www.pericope.org)
